As a new homeowner you probably want to know who to call. Here's a list of utilities and important contact numbers.
Pasco Non-Emergency
Call the non-emergency line to talk to or report non-emergencies to the police.
Pasco County Utilities Emergency
Call the County Utilities to report dangerous utilities conditions.
Pasco County Public Works
Call the Public Works to report potholes, damaged road signage, and other public works related issues.
Duke Energy
Call Duke Energy to setup your electric utilities and report energy related issues.

Please Note:
Homeowners who have any questions with regards to deed restrictions, possible violations and/or any other question about our community -- please feel free to voice your question to the board at our monthly board meetings. If your question is of an urgent matter, please contact our Community Association Manager.
Homeowners who have a complaint about any of the work that is being performed by any one of our vendors (Aquatics – Pond maintenance or our Landscaper) that service our community; please do not approach them directly with your complaints. No Southern Oaks homeowner is to directly contact any of our vendors or their employees; this is the responsibility of our Community Association Manager who will address your issue with the responsible vendor.
